New machines to
support new contract
After being
awarded a new multi-million pound contract Javelin plastics takes delivery of 2
brand new tie-bar-less Engel machines. These state of the art machines will
increase our flexibility to support our customers' needs.

Company Background
Javelin Tools, specialists in design and manufacture of
injection mould tools were established in 1983 and progressed naturally into
plastic injection moulding 2 years later. In early 1997 we started
production in our second site in Camberley, Surrey, and in July 2004 opened a
third site, bringing our total manufacturing area to 40,000 square feet.
We have a range of latest microprocessor controlled injection
moulding machines from 22 tonnes to 480 tonnes, including 2-shot
and tie-bar-less.
Javelin Plastics is approved to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 for the design and manufacture of injection mould tools and plastic injection moulding, with additional quality processes and procedures that have been approved against the
rigorous standards laid down by our customers.

We are conveniently located next to the M3 at J4
and close to the borders of 3 counties (Surrey, Hants and Berks), and can
deliver throughout UK and Europe. We are experienced in fulfilling JIT and
Kanban systems with very short turnarounds.
