Assembly & Finishing

Although moulding at Javelin forms the main part of our activity, we also carry out ancillary and secondary operations employing fulltime operators in this field, including pad printing and ultrasonic welding.  We have a fully equipped assembly room and carry out component annealing processes where required.

We are happy to supply complete sub-assemblies, avoiding the need for additional operations to be carried out by yourselves or other subcontractors.
