» New Factory Announcement

Javelin Plastics announces the opening of it’s new 52, 000 square feet manufacturing and warehousing facility in Camberley. Over the last 28 years Javelin has grown to a £10m plastics injection moulding and toolmaking outfit with additional departments specialising in printing, assembly and ultra-sonic welding. These operations have been spread out across 4 factories but have now been able to come together under one roof. Managing Director, Lee Reading comments that when the other half of our primary production site became available, Javelin worked hand in hand with our landlords Segro and our agents Vail Williams to secure an amicable and workable solution to enable us to move out of 3 small satellite factory units and into our 1 main site. With the installation of a 2.5MW electricity supply to support 70 moulding machines and ancillary equipment in one production unit and the fitting out of our new warehousing unit and offices at an investment cost of £550,000, all of the staff at Javelin are now looking forward to a prosperous and growing future.
